• All reservations must be made via email, by phone or at the reception; and must be confirmed by Finca Verde Lodge by email.
• If a reservation is cancelled a month prior to the date reserved at Finca Verde Logde, there will be no charge.
• In order to make and complete a reservation with Finca Verde Lodge a minimum of 50% of the amount payable must be made.
• The reservation must be paid in full (or remaining 50%) 8 days before arrival.
• To make payments, contact Finca Verde Lodge to discuss the payment options.
• Prices are in dollars, in order to make a payment in colones the exchange rate upon the day of payment will be used.
• Please notify the lodge as soon as possible to change the date or cancel the a reservation.
• If the notification of cancelation is 30 days prior to arrival, our company will return 100% of the deposit made to confirm the booking.
• If the cancelation notification is made more than 15 days prior to arrival 25% of the deposit will be charged.
• If the cancelation notification is made between 15 and 8 days prior to arrival you will be charged 50% of the deposited amount.
• If there is a no show or you cancel your reservation 7 days before you will be charged in full.

Arrival and departure:
• Check-in from 2:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am.
• Pets are not accepted at our lodge
